de la Riva Brands exists because, at one point in time, there was a kid growing in Fresno County that just really liked to draw. It’s not often that we get to pick up the ol’ pencil and paper and just be a kid again, so we really enjoy those rare opportunities when we do.

Liz at Channel Islands Sportfishing in Oxnard had the thought for some time to create a series of stickers featuring illustrated fish local to the California Coast. Unfortunately she couldn’t find anyone to get the look just right—until she contacted us.

Fish number one in the series: an edgy, ominous-looking California sheephead. We’re a little biased, but we’d say we nailed it.
