International Baptist Missions struggled through a number of attempts at refining their image and communications over the course of a few years before reaching out to us in mid 2018. Their desire was to develop an identity was not only accurate and excellent—viz., mature but not stodgy; modern but not trendy; forward-looking and always globally-minded—but that would also be truly foundational, serving as a brand groundwork for years to come.
Through some successful research and strategizing with IBM, we were able to do just that—once again meeting all project objectives on the first attempt without a single revision. Or, to quote IBM director Larry Ball, “You nailed it.”
